Terms governing use of the Toolkit Elm Field website and custody documentation services.

1. Acceptance
By accessing toolkitelmfield.click or engaging Toolkit Elm Field Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) for custody documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Toolkit Elm Field provides custody documentation services for private treasuries, including ledger preparation, ceremony documentation, and annual custody reviews. We do not provide custodial services, key generation, asset transfer, investment advice, or legal counsel.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vault inventory and signer information
- Ensuring authorized personnel participate in scope calls and reviews
- Maintaining the security of their own private keys and seed phrases
- Reviewing delivered documentation for accuracy before board adoption
We never request seed phrases or private keys. Any submission of such material through our channels is unauthorized and will be deleted immediately.
4. Intellectual property
Delivered custody ledgers and documentation become the client’s property upon full payment. Our website content, templates, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce our templates for commercial resale.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client custody information as confidential under the terms of our engagement agreement. We do not disclose client details to third parties except as required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services produce documentation based on information you provide. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client information, unauthorized access to your wallets, market movements, or decisions made based on our documentation. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
7. Website use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial redistribution.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
