Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing procedures for Toolkit Elm Field custody documentation services.

Overview
This policy applies to custody documentation services provided by Toolkit Elm Field Co., Ltd., including custody ledger preparation, signatory ceremony documentation, and annual custody reviews.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm most engagements. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Ceremony documentation requires full payment at scheduling.
Full refund eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your deposit if:
- We cancel the engagement due to capacity constraints
- You cancel more than ten business days before a scheduled ceremony
- We fail to begin work within fifteen business days of deposit receipt without mutual agreement on a new timeline
Partial refund eligibility
A partial refund may apply if:
- You cancel a custody ledger engagement after the scope call but before draft delivery: deposit minus ₩400,000 administrative fee
- You cancel within five to ten business days of a scheduled ceremony: 50% of ceremony fee refunded
- Delivered documentation requires substantial rework due to our error: proportional credit toward revision or partial refund
Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Work already completed and delivered (ledger drafts, ceremony records, review memoranda)
- Expedited delivery surcharges once work has commenced
- Travel expenses already incurred for on-site visits
- Deposits for cancellations within five business days of a scheduled ceremony
- Third-party costs (printing, courier, encrypted transfer subscriptions) already paid on your behalf
Cancellation by client
To cancel, email contact@toolkitelmfield.click with your engagement reference. Cancellation is effective upon our written confirmation.
Rescheduling
Ceremony dates may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least five business days in advance. Subsequent rescheduling incurs a ₩200,000 rebooking fee.
No-shows
If your team is unavailable for a scheduled scope call or ceremony without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited. One rescheduled session is offered at our discretion.
Work already started
Once draft ledger preparation has begun (inventory intake completed), the deposit becomes non-refundable. You may still cancel remaining work; fees for completed phases apply.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

If you believe a refund is warranted outside these terms, contact contact@toolkitelmfield.click with your engagement details. We review each case individually.
