Information we collect

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, service selection, wallet count estimate, and message content.

Engagement data: Vault inventory details, signer names, storage locations, and ceremony records provided during custody documentation engagements.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and page visit information through optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).

We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances.

How we use your data

  • Responding to inquiries and providing custody documentation services
  • Preparing and delivering custody ledgers and related documents
  • Improving our website content (analytics, with consent only)
  • Complying with legal obligations

We process personal data based on contract performance (service engagements), legitimate interest (responding to inquiries), and consent (analytics cookies).

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Engagement records are retained for seven years after engagement completion, or longer if required by applicable audit or legal requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and applicable regulations, you may:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of data no longer needed

We use encrypted transmission for file delivery, access controls on engagement records, and staff training on confidentiality. No method of transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary for delivery (encrypted file transfer, document printing) under confidentiality agreements.
