Rates & Fee Guide
Pricing for custody documentation services at Toolkit Elm Field — fixed fees, ceremony rates, and factors that affect quotes.
Our fees reflect the scope of documentation work, not the value of assets under custody. We do not charge based on wallet balances or portfolio size.
Standard engagements
What affects your quote
Wallet count. A treasury with three hardware wallets requires less cross-referencing than one with thirty devices across multiple jurisdictions.
Signer complexity. A 2-of-3 multisig arrangement is straightforward. A 4-of-7 setup with corporate and individual signers across time zones adds mapping work.
On-site requirements. Ceremony attendance and vault site visits within Greater Seoul are included in standard rates. Travel outside the metropolitan area is quoted separately.
Urgency. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Expedited delivery within five business days incurs a 40% surcharge.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit upon engagement confirmation
- Remaining balance due upon final delivery
- Ceremony documentation: full payment due at scheduling
